What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Front Desk Assistant position at Seacoast Mental Health Center?

Answer and monitor all telephone calls to the Center in a professional manner; greet all clients and visitors to the Center; receive client payments; schedule client appointments into the centralized scheduling system, rearrange appointments as necessary; make appointment reminder calls to clients for clinicians as needed; update client demographics and insurance information. Responsible for evening closing procedures. Provide back-up for all other office duties. Other tasks as needed to support and maintain the Center.
Hours: Typically Monday through Thursday 1:00pm to 6:00pm and Friday 1:00pm to 5:00pm with flexibility to provide backup coverage for other front desk support positions if needed.
