Seacoast Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is hiring for an enthusiastic & welcoming Front Desk Receptionist to work on Saturdays and on a per diem basis!  We are seeking a passionate and caring professional to join our skilled nursing facility in Gloucester, MA. Come join our team!

Requirements for Front Desk Receptionist :

  • High School diploma

Job Duties for Front Desk Receptionist :

  • Answer and direct callers to appropriate phone lines
  • Screen visitors, staff and vendors per DPH guidelines
  • Assist with necessary testing of visitors
  • Greet new admissions / visitors & direct families / visitors to resident rooms
  • Assist department heads with clinical tasks such as tracking documentation, copying, faxing
