Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effeciently answering customer requests via phone and email, providing support to technicians in the field, scheduling out appointments, invoicing and following up on payments. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment
  • Manage our internal system & email
  • Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
  • Handle calendar management and schedule appointments for technicians
  • Communicate effectively with customers and vendors
  • Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and inquiries
  • Implement organizational strategies to improve office efficiency

Experience

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail-oriented tasks
  • Familiarity with google suite and other CRMs or software tools is a plus
  • Experience in calendar management, schedule coordination, and planning days for multiple technicians
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities
