We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources operations. This role is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including development programs, career growth, and leadership initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Hiring
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to attract top talent
- Manage job postings and enhance employer branding
- Oversee offer letters and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless new hire experience
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address workplace concerns, conflicts, and employee relations matters
- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture
- Organize team-building activities and employee recognition programs
Performance Management
- Develop and implement performance evaluation programs
- Provide executive coaching to enhance leadership effectiveness
- Oversee performance reviews and goal setting
- Providing guidance on career development
- Address performance issues and implement improvement plans
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies
- Maintain and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks
- Oversee workplace safety initiatives and compliance training
Compensation & Benefits
- Administer payroll and benefits programs
- Conduct salary benchmarking and manage compensation adjustments
- Oversee employee leave and PTO policies
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and implement learning and development programs
- Support leadership and professional development initiatives
Terminations & Offboarding
- Manage voluntary and involuntary terminations with professionalism and compliance
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure smooth transition processes
- Ensure compliance with final pay and documentation requirements
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Spanish proficiency is a nice to have
- Experience with HR software implementation is a plus
- Availability to work on-site in Carlsbad, California
Salary : $106,000 - $130,000
