Job Summary:
We are looking for four motivated and detail-oriented IT Analysts to join our growing team in Philadelphia. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and improving IT systems, identifying user needs, and recommending technical solutions that align with business objectives. This role provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment across various technology stacks and industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess current IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Gather and evaluate business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement IT solutions.
- Support software development life cycles including requirement gathering, testing, implementation, and documentation.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues and provide effective solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of technical reports, manuals, and documentation for applications and systems.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with internal policies.
- Collaborate with vendors, developers, and end-users to resolve issues and improve IT services.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, business systems, databases, and application support.
- Experience with data analysis, process mapping, and workflow design.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic scripting or programming knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
- Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or cloud-based platforms (e.g., Salesforce, AWS, Azure).
- Experience with ITIL frameworks or certification.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices and data privacy regulations.
- Business analysis or process re-engineering experience.
