SEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Software Intergration Engineer - Submarine Combat Systems .
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Job Summary : SEACORP is seeking a Software Integration Engineer tosupport the Common Infrastructure Services (CIS) of the Submarine WarfareFederated Tactical Systems (SWFTS) in Manassas, VA. TheSWFTS CIS is a subsystem within the AN / BYG-1 Submarine Combat and WeaponsControl System which undergoes annual update cycles, alternating between softwareupdates and hardware refreshes. TheIntegration Engineer - Submarine Combat Systems, will be responsible forintegration of software components into the CIS Linux-based system environment,managing the software build process, and setup & management of the hardwareand software test bay environments utilized for integration and test.
Job Responsibilities Include :
- Ability to manage the build process and documentation including migration of software commits in Git and execution / automation of software quality.
- Skilled in utilization of scripts to automate installation, test, and monitoring of system software.
- Experience integrating multiple software components.
- Experience in DevSecOps and Agile methodologies.
- Setup and configuration of servers and network switches.
- Isolation of software and hardware problems and implementation of fixes.
- Experience participating in Test Events and System Assessments.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering discipline.
Experience : The ideal candidate would have 3-5 year's integrationand build experience on Linux-based systems.
Ideal Skills and Experience :
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship
