Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Job Summary
SEACORP's Imaging Business Area is currently seeking an experienced Technical Writer. The candidateexpectations include writing and editing process documentation. Position requires working closelywith Engineering Team to establish the needed technical data for the variousprojects using existing standards and guidelines.
Job Responsibilities Include :
Writing and editing technical reports, technical specification updates, and procedures for various programs.Research and analyze existing logistics products.Review existing data as appropriate and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content.
Qualifications : Education :
Bachelor's Degree in any field with 1 year ofprofessional experience in technical writing / editing or an associate degree (orequivalent) and 10 years specifically related professional experience can besubstituted for a bachelor's degree.
Experience
2 years of relevant experience and experience with Department of Defense with concentration with Navy Early Warning Programs a plus.
Ideal Skills and Experience :
Well versed in the software applications associated to Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat at minimum.Good communication skills.
As a requirement of employment, all SEACORP employees must hold U.S. Citizenship
