Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement learning experiences for at-risk children using evidence-based intervention techniques.
- Teach coping skills and provide guidance on behavior management to classroom staff.
- Serve as a positive role model and support staff during parent conferences.
- Develop and maintain a Professional Development Plan to enhance job performance and contribute to recruitment efforts.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with experience working with children exhibiting challenging behaviors.
- An Early Childhood or ECSE degree is highly preferred.
