Responsibilities

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus available! Seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide medication management and skilled nursing in a supportive environment. Ideal candidates will have a current state license, strong communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing care plans focused on residents' strengths
  • Monitoring caregiver performance
  • Educating residents and staff on health maintenance
