COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Psychiatry (PSY)
- Hiring Range: $256,313.89 to $358,839.44
- Pay Range: $256,313.89 to $410,102.22
- NO STATE TAX
- Relocation: $30k
- Sign on: 10% of base salary
- Retention: 10% of salary at 2-year mark
- CME: 5 days allowance
- Student Loan Repayment available
- Merit-based salary increases up to 7% annually
- PTO: Over 400 hours paid out if not used 13 Federal Holidays
