What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN / LPN (FT) 7am- 3pm position at Seacrest Behavioral Health?
Essential Job Functions
- Comply with employment rules and guidelines.
- Assist in planning and implementing resident care per physician orders.
- Evaluate care and communicate updates with doctors.
- Administer medications, IVs, and provide emotional support and education.
- Monitor vital signs and respond to emergencies.
- Schedule doctor appointments and coordinate transportation.
- Supervise CNA's and LPNs as Charge Nurse.
- Current RN license in Florida and CPR certification required.
- One year of long-term care experience preferred.
- Experience with elderly or disabled adults is a plus.
- On-the-job training available.
