- Provides routine and complex patient care, promotes safety, and manages contingencies.
- Executes the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs.
- Administers treatments, documents care, and educates patients and families.
- Ensures unit operations, patient flow, and safety standards are met.
- Follows clinical policies, maintains accurate documentation, and safe equipment use.
- Requires BSN (preferred), RN license, BLS, and 1-year experience (preferred).
- Works from 7PM-7AM, full-time, with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance.
