Therapist / Behavioral Health Care Manager (LSW, LISW)

We are seeking Licensed Social Workers (LSW) and Licensed Independent Social Workers (LISW) for full-time and part-time Therapist/Behavioral Health Care Manager positions.

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy tailored to residents' needs.
• Coordinate care with psychiatrists and primary care providers.
• Address mental health issues including severe mental illness and neurocognitive disorders.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and maintain clinical documentation.
  
  

Qualifications include current LSW or LISW licensure in OH, a Masters Degree in Social Work, and experience with diverse patient populations.
