Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- This teacher should be able to teach all middle mathematics, including honors algebra
- Possess extensive knowledge of mathematics curriculum design that includes experience working in cross-curricular contexts and are comfortable collaborating with colleagues across teams.
- This teacher will also serve as a small group advisory The advisory role serves as the ?rst point of contact for parents, and they strengthen the relationship between the school and the family.
- In addition to teaching and advising, Seacrest faculty lead signi?cant out-of-the-classroom activities like coaching a sport or a competitive academic
- Candidates must have the desire and ability to develop meaningful and productive relationships with highly motivated students from diverse backgrounds.
- This teacher and advisor should plan to be an integral component of the students' lives, in and out of the classroom, and to collaborate with colleagues on grade-level teams and as a member of the Mathematics Department.
- A bachelor’s degree (or higher) in mathematics or mathematics
