- Assist with general maintenance tasks as needed.
- Sweep and mop floors to ensure a tidy appearance.
- Dust windowsills and frames to maintain a dust-free environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in janitorial or maintenance work, preferably in a condo or HOA setting.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors.
