Responsibilities
- Meet with selected vendors approved by the board of directors to discuss project requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Estimate time, materials, costs, and personnel needs for ongoing site maintenance programs.
- Conduct follow-up inspections of both vendor and onsite maintenance work, including preventative maintenance.
- Assist in preparing budgets and tracking expenses to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Maintain detailed records, prepare reports, and ensure contract specifications are adhered to.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and present them to the Property Manager for consideration.
- Adhere to office procedures and insist on following all safety protocols for onsite employees and vendors.
- Create routine maintenance schedules and assign duties to appropriate personnel.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to minimize downtime and disruption.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365, Zoom/Teams, and other project management software.
- Experience in budget management and inventory control.
- Strong problem analysis, assessment, and resolution skills.
- High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including outdoor settings and possibly confined spaces.
- Manual dexterity to operate tools and equipment.
