Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of the community. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in maintaining efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Coordination:
Assist in organizing and coordinating community events, meetings, and gatherings.
Collaborate with the Property Manager, Board, and residents to address concerns and facilitate communication.
Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain community-related documentation, records, and databases.
Prepare and distribute newsletters, updates, and other communication materials.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries related to community matters.
Meeting Logistics:
Schedule and coordinate community meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute relevant materials.
Record minutes of meetings and ensure timely dissemination to community members.
Vendor and Supplier Liaison:
Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure the timely delivery of services to the community.
Assist in the procurement of goods and services as needed.
Financial Support:
Assist in budget monitoring and expense tracking for community-related activities.
Process invoices, track payments, and maintain financial records.
Community Outreach:
Collaborate with the Property Manager and residents to foster positive community relationships.
Support the development and implementation of community engagement initiatives.
Work Environment:
This position will be located indoors and in an office setting.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time non-exempt (hourly) position. Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
