Role Overview: We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and create an unforgettable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in upscale dining, a deep knowledge of culinary techniques, and a passion for creating beautiful, high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in every dish.
- Create and develop seasonal, innovative menus that align with the restaurant’s concept and vision.
- Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation to maintain the highest standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, provide leadership, training, and mentorship to junior chefs.
- Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies while controlling food costs and waste.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and service.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques or ingredients into the menu.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Head Chef, or similar role in an upscale restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, modern kitchen equipment, and fine dining presentation.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage and motivate a diverse kitchen team.
- A creative mindset with the ability to innovate and experiment with new concepts.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
