Job Specific Responsibilities
- Map, analyze, and optimize business administration workflows using AI, RPA and process reengineering methodologies.
- Lead implementation and facilitate the execution of AI and automation projects by collaborating with process owners, IT and external vendors.
- Support strategy to drive digital transformation and AI adoption across the organization.
- Develop training and knowledge content using the latest AI tools.
- Act as a primary contact for AI-related queries within the HR team.
- Collaborate with HR team members to pinpoint and harness opportunities for process efficiencies.
- Hands-on low code development of AI agents and workflow automations for smaller projects.
- Manage project documentation and smooth transition to IT department.

- Proficiency in managing projects related to integrating AI with business workflows and automating tasks.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Demonstrated experience with low-code/no code AI platforms (Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc) and building AI agents.
- Skilled in creating training or instructional materials utilizing generative AI tools.
- Highly proficient with business and communication tools such as Teams, Outlook, Word, Power BI, and Outlook.
- Committed to innovation and continual improvement.
- Ability to work independently and initiate activities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Capable of working under pressure and managing high work volumes against tight deadlines.
