Job Title: Premium Customer Service Associate
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Your primary responsibilities will include cash handling, effective communication with customers, promoting sales, and maintaining a well-stocked and organized store environment.
Candidate must be able to work successfully in a high intensity retail environment and remain on their for several hours at a time.
Only Serious and reliable candidates will be considered.
Duties:
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in locating products and provide product information
- Process returns and exchanges following company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in money remittance transactions on platforms such as Moneygram and Western Union or similar sales, grocery stores, appliance sales, or technology sales preferred

- Proficient in cash handling procedures

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
