Pupil Accounting Coordinator (District Data Lead)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor/Masters degree in related field preferred.
Experience working with school data systems including eSchool or Infinite Campus.
Experience with the student master scheduling process. Support the master scheduling process by working collaboratively with school administration and school counselors.
Experience with Unit Count process. Assist with the organization and management of the annual Unit Count process.
Experience with Data Analysis and Data Dashboards/Visualizations.
Performance Responsibilities:
Learn data system operation and support staff by providing student data for use in decision-making and report requirements.
Represent the school district in the state-wide Pupil Accounting and Data Forum meetings.
Serve as point person for Infinite Campus with staff including training, serving as liaison with DOE, and responding to teacher, parent, and staff inquiries.
Lead and/or grow data analysis and internal systems knowledge while also supporting the leadership team on capabilities. Serve as the subject matter expert for all things data.
Collaborate with the District Information Technology (IT) team to support data collection, inquiry and distribution.
Work in collaboration with the Visiting Teacher to ensure that attendance data is accurate.
Oversight of registration data for new students to ensure data is accurate and timely.
Respond to inquiries about student performance data including course pass rates, state testing, and assessments.
Generate and provide regular reports regarding student discipline, attendance, academic performance, etc.
Support the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) annual data review.
Maintain student records and protect confidentiality while also providing consultation and training to school staff.
Assist in identifying and creating automation strategies allowing for increased efficiencies in overall data operations.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Profile
High School diploma required. Associates and/or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Documented experience can be substituted upon review
Motor Vehicle Operator's License or ability to provide own transportation

Salary : $61,481 - $73,993
