We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HCSS Software Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing our HCSS software and processes used in heavy construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive knowledge of HCSS and the ability to troubleshoot and support operational teams to ensure smooth, efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities :
- System Administration : Manage, configure, and support HCSS construction management software and tools used in the planning, tracking, and execution of heavy construction projects.
- Data Management : Oversee data input, tracking, and reporting, ensuring all project information is accurate, up-to-date, and organized within the system.
- Troubleshooting and Support : Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to software and construction systems, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement : Continuously assess and suggest improvements to current systems and processes, ensuring that workflows are streamlined and efficient.
- System Integration : Collaborate with other departments and teams to integrate various construction systems (e.g., equipment tracking, project management tools, financial systems) to enhance overall project delivery.
