- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to software and construction systems, and offering solutions in a timely manner.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and suggest improvements to current systems and processes, ensuring that workflows are streamlined and efficient.
- System Integration: Collaborate with other departments and teams to integrate various construction systems (e.g., equipment tracking, project management tools, financial systems) to enhance overall project delivery.
- Training: Train and assist team members in using construction software and systems effectively, ensuring they are up to date with best practices and system updates.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare detailed reports on system performance, project data, and any areas requiring improvement, and provide actionable insights to senior management.

- Experience: 1 years of experience in system HCSS administration, support, or project management in the construction industry.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Heavy Bid, HeavyJob, Equipment 360), project management tools, and general IT systems administration.
- Knowledge: In-depth understanding of heavy construction processes, equipment, and project workflows.
- Critical Thinking Skills: Ability to analyze problems and provide effective solutions quickly.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders including field staff, project managers, and IT teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, BIM, and other design or engineering tools.
- Certifications in project management (PMP, CAPM) or IT systems administration.
