Position Summary :
As a painter / Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and operational efficiency of our facilities. The position will be responsible primarily for General Painting and Drywall repairs throughout the properties. Your responsibilities will include general maintenance, preventative maintenance, and repairs across various systems and equipment across the resort.
Responsibilities :
- Fulfills all responsibilities as set in the general description when assigned by the director of engineering
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, scraping, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
- Performs painting, plastering, and installs wall coverings.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Demonstrates knowledge of using a verity of hand and power tools.
- Work diligently with attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and follow-through, maintaining a courteous and cooperative attitude.
- Maintain flexibility in work schedules to accommodate resort needs.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and small masonry jobs.
- Assist with other tasks as needed.
