Position Summary:
As a Locker Room Attendant at our prestigious Golf Club, you are pivotal in maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction within our locker room facilities. Your role ensures that members and guests receive attentive and courteous service, contributing to a welcoming and hygienic environment.
Responsibilities:
Regularly clean and sanitize restrooms and locker rooms to uphold the club's cleanliness standards.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming carpets, mopping floors, emptying wastebaskets, and dusting surfaces.
- Monitor and replenish all toiletries and supplies in the locker rooms as needed.
- Assist members and guests by cleaning and polishing golf shoes or street shoes upon request.
- Greet members and guests warmly, using their names whenever possible, and promptly address their needs and requests.
- Set up and maintain refreshment stations and snacks in the locker room area, ensuring cleanliness and availability.
- Monitor and replenish beverages on tables and counters as required throughout the day.
- Collaborate effectively with other staff members to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold cleanliness standards.
Assist with additional tasks or special projects assigned by the Supervisor to maintain a clean and inviting environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role at a Hospitality/Country Club is preferred.
- Demonstrates a friendly, outgoing demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask with keen attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform bending, stooping, and reaching tasks.
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Familiarity with basic housekeeping procedures and adherence to high standards of cleanliness.

Physical Requirements/Other:
Must be capable of standing, walking, sitting, reaching with hands and arms, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, or balancing as needed.
- Able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds comfortably.

Maintains a polished and professional appearance and demeanor while representing the club at all times.
