Due to continuing growth, we are seeking an Auto Casualty Claims Supervisor to support our Dallas, Texas Claims Office.
Summary
This position will oversee Casualty Claims Specialists handling nonstandard auto bodily injury liability claims and will be responsible for assuring claims are consistently handled within the best claims practices guidelines, assuring all state regulations are adhered to, effectively communicating with insured’s and claimant’s and delivering superior claims service.
The successful candidate will be a high performing Claims professional that is customer focused, willing to work in a fast-paced, metrics driven work environment, accepts responsibility for their own results and those of their team, and proactively identifies and addresses performance issues.

Requirements:
- Texas resident Adjuster’s License
- At least 2-years supervising adjusters handling bodily injury liability claims
- Experience handling represented and unrepresented injured claimants
- Superior customer service skills coupled with an honest desire to help customers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to professionally communicate with internal and external customers
- Willingness to be heavily involved in claim files, and provide meaningful direction to staff
- Experience in overseeing performance management and staff development
- Capacity to identify root cause issues related to staff performance, analyze trends related to inventory management, and implement corrective action plans when necessary
- Ability to be objective and professional when involved in conflict resolution with customers and staff
- Good judgment, initiative, and problem-solving abilities
- Full understanding of, and ability to apply, comparative negligence
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet assigned goals, objectives, and deadlines
- Proficiency with computers, including automated claims systems
- Management style of leading and mentoring direct reports to help them be successful
Preferred Attributes:
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree
- Bilingual capability (English/Spanish) is a plus

Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
