- Maintain Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a Poly; clearance must be maintained while in role. (Required)
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Pantheon Portfolio within Constellation Management and Control (CMC) under the Space Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (S-ISR) mission area including senior managers and program team leads.
- Manage office operations, including calendar management, telephone support, and coordination among teams.
- Compose and review reports, correspondence, and memoranda, ensuring proper markings, spelling, and grammar.
- Assist with special tasks to ensure smooth operations within the program area.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.
- Input data into various company systems and applications, generating charts, tables, and other materials accurately and efficiently.
- Track and status action items to ensure deadlines are met.
- Interact effectively with senior leaders and executive support staff, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Clearance: Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph (POL).
- Minimum of six (6) years of professional administrative experience.
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in large organizations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organize schedules and events effectively.
- Self-starter with initiative and independent judgment in task completion.
- Ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment with strict performance deadlines.
