Key Responsibilities:
- Batch Processing Configuration and Setup
- Configure, schedule, and manage batch processing systems to ensure timely and accurate execution of jobs.
- Design and implement efficient batch workflows, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with batch jobs, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
- Monitoring Setup
- Design and implement robust monitoring solutions to track batch job performance and system health.
- Set up alerts and notifications for critical batch processes to ensure rapid issue detection and resolution.
- Continuously improve monitoring tools and techniques to enhance visibility and diagnostics.
- Support Migration of DI Data Center to IC Data Center
- Assist in planning and executing the migration of applications, data, and infrastructure from the DI data center to the IC data center.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth and efficient migration process.
- Provide post-migration support, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure seamless operation in the new data center environment.
- Coordinate with Client Support and Development Teams
- Serve as a point of contact between client support teams and the development team for batch, application, and system-related issues.
- Collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to quickly identify and resolve problems affecting batch processes or system performance.
- Ensure effective communication and timely resolution of issues to maintain high service levels.
- Pre-Configuration Testing of Batch
- Perform pre-configuration testing of batch processes to ensure their proper functionality before deployment in production environments.
- Identify potential issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them before the batch is configured and set into production.
- Document test results and configurations for future reference and troubleshooting.
