- Assist in managing and coordinating client/vendor connectivity as part of a data center move
- Coordinate the migration from a legacy network to new network
- Work with internal partners and vendors to establish client/vendor connectivity
- Work with clients in establishing connectivity to InvestCloud
- Track and maintain progress/status for all clients/vendors
- Collaborate with networking and engineering teams regarding MPLS or VPN connectivity
- Must play an active role moving project forward
- Be responsive to any customer requirements as they arise
- Maintain relationships with internal teams, networking, client services and MPLS providers
- Thorough understanding of network operating systems, network devices, and networking protocols
- Must understand network architecture analysis and engineering implementation
- Ability to consistently look into network administration to be able to analyze networking issues
