Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for dehumidifiers and related accessories.
- Assist customers via phone and email to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our database.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide product information.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to learn about our products and services.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Professional and friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer skills and data entry experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.50 - $22.50 per hour
