Job Description
SEAKR Engineering, LLC a Raytheon Company is seeking a skilled and experienced technical engineering manager with the software engineering department. This individual will bring leadership experience and technical knowledge to an already strong technical organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with multi discipline environments, embedded engineering, and team leadership. SEAKR Engineering provides payload electronics to the aerospace industry and requires highly talented individuals to accomplish this in a growing business environment.
- Essential Duties / Responsibilities
The Software Engineering Manager will have both supervisory and technical duties in the software organization :
This includes but is not limited to performance reviews, regular feedback discussions, tasking oversight and employee time tracking approval
Agile and scrum engagement including often acting in scrum master roles, supporting schedule and plan development, metric tracking

Supervisory or management experience preferred
Scrum certifications preferred
Additional Information
Compensation : Base pay range is $150,000 - $170,000 per hour depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus. SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA. There is potential for a remote hybrid work schedule once training is complete.
