What You’ll Do:
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics precisely and efficiently.
- Act as the executive team's right hand, handling confidential matters, communications, and key administrative tasks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings and strategic initiatives.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and all details are accounted for.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners on behalf of the executives, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of professionalism.

Requirements for the Role:
- Associates Degree
- Exceptional communicator (oral & written)
- Attention to detail and ability to self-correct
- Proven, results-driven leader with an ability to execute promptly
- Willingness to adapt with the company’s needs
- Ability (and preference) to get things done without supervision
- Full-time availability: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
