Job Summary :
Reporting directly to the Division leader, this position is primarily hunting role responsible for aggressively prospecting and acquiring new customers within that division leader’s geography. Upon acquiring the account relationships, the role will continue to manage the account for a defined period after acquisition before passing off to a local Account Manager. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Leading efforts to penetrate large, enterprise companies up to the senior / executive level
- Targeting customers through self-identified efforts as well as those provided through market research
- Leading effective exploratory discussions with senior level stakeholders that uncover needs and match them to SEE value proposition
- Owning the value proposition, project governance and coordinating the internal and external collaboration to drive new revenue streams to close and contract acceptance
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline for brand new business development opportunities sustaining the annual run rate of minimum 3X annual growth goal
- Exceeding sales targets, MBO goals and other targets as set forth by the division leader
- Effectively utilizing and managing company tools and resources including travel and expense budget
