This position will provide technical support for key equipment sales/service initiatives; i.e. USP and EOE service offerings. Coordinate, manage, and participate in required rebuilds for USP/EOE programs. Support the field Technical Service Reps as backup service providers and assist with equipment installations as required. Manage rebuild personnel on site to complete rebuild requirements and facilitate successful start-up of equipment post-rebuild.
Coordinate USP/EOE rebuild activity with Territory TSRs and PESC. Kit planning - ordering - delivery for rebuilds as well as labor requirements
Provide equipment troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance service to customers as required
Complete all administrative requirements for documentation of service activity, monthly reports, and expenses
Complete all required safety training - both internal and customer requirements. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
COVID vaccinated
Mechanically inclined and innovative
Possess a valid US Driver’s License
Ability to travel overnight 75% of the time
Technical school preferred
Previous experience servicing Cryovac rotary and auxiliary equipment preferred
Professional attitude and self-motivated/directed
Time management, communication skills, decision-making, interpersonal, computer, and organizational skills
Computer technology experience – Email, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps, CRM
Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve company goals
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Commercial or Industrial troubleshooting, installation, servicing, and programming
Experience in food packaging or other related experience
