The company is seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator who will play a vital role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. This position will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create and manage campaigns across various digital channels.
Reporting Relationship
The position will report to the Director of Marketing.
Objectives and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms to support company objectives and drive measurable results
- Manage and optimize the company's presence across social media platforms, creating engaging content and maintaining consistent brand voice
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, including lead nurturing workflows, newsletters, and promotional communications
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with content creators to develop and maintain website content, ensuring SEO best practices are followed
- Manage and update CRM data to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting
- Coordinate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals and company objectives
- Stay current with digital marketing trends and implement innovative strategies to improve campaign performance

Previous Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or related field
- Proven experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and database management
- Demonstrated success in managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms
- Excellent analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting marketing metrics
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
