About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers by accurately quoting prices, providing technical assistance, and ensuring smooth order processing for our fabricated and distribution sealing products. You'll build relationships with customers and vendors while ensuring that every interaction supports our commitment to quality and profitability.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide accurate quotes and estimates on products, ensuring alignment with gross profit goals.

Answer questions about products, pricing, availability, and terms.

Use your product knowledge to offer solutions tailored to customer needs.

Process customer and vendor orders via phone, online portals and in-person interactions.

Share delivery timelines, warranty details, and other relevant info with customers.

Maintain detailed customer records in Oracle and internal systems.

Follow up with customers post-sale to provide ongoing support and resolve issues.

Collaborate with product design teams to relay customer feedback.

Keep current on new product offerings and technical capabilities.

Follow quality management protocols and maintain a safe, clean workspace.
What You Bring to the Table:

Associate degree in Business, Finance, or Economics required (Bachelor’s preferred).

2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
