- Complete the move of Work Instructions from Sealing Devices Quality Management System (QMS) to Sealing Devices Learning Academy.
- Research external training for topics related to Sales department and regulatory compliance.
- Convert current PowerPoint presentations used in training to new templates.
- Use Canva (or similar software) to improve course appearance and learner engagement.
- Provides entry-level professional services, under supervision of Sealing Devices team, as appropriate to the day-to-day operating objectives of the sales & marketing departments.
- Undertakes and/or participates in projects and programs designed to develop professional skills and expertise appropriate to the needs of Sealing Devices.
- Interacts directly with colleagues, and/or other internal or external customers for the completion of assignments and the resolution of day-to-day operational problems.
- Receives guidance, training, and mentoring from Sales and/or Marketing teams in planning and carrying out activities and assignments.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Report problems to applicable Manager.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per the Sealing Devices Quality System.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with LMS platforms is a plus.
- Interest in corporate training, instructional design, or workforce development.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
