Production Assembler I
Shift 1st 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
$18-20/hour with a $1,500.00 signing bonus
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for assembling and testing production for the aviation industry with a focus on maintaining the highest quality, safety, and on-time delivery of goods to customers. Responsibilities include:
Follow safe work practices and procedures and ensure a “safety first” culture in every task undertaken.
Prepares to complete each assembly work order specifically according to:

Production Assembler I

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
This role is responsible for assembling and testing production for the aviation industry with a focus on maintaining the highest quality, safety, and on-time delivery of goods to customers. Responsibilities include:
Follow safe work practices and procedures and ensure a “safety first” culture in every task undertaken.
Prepares to complete each assembly work order specifically according to:
- technical work instructions and specifications
- CAD drawings and other engineering blueprints
- wiring diagrams
- standard operations procedure
- proper hand and power tools and PPE
- Assist engineering with prototype builds
- Assist engineering with resolving assembly complications
- Discern the quality of parts and materials used in production
- Document assemblies by completing production and quality forms
- Test finished products for proper operation
- Upon completion of a work order, transfer the product to Quality Control
- Maintain the tools used to create products
- Work with Quality Control on the maintenance of calibrated equipment
- Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
- High School diploma
- Prior electromechanical assembly experience
- Familiarity with:
- Wiring harnesses
- Soldering
- Drilling
- AC & DC currents
- Ability to read and carefully follow instructions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a production environment
