We are seeking a DevOps / Infrastructure Engineer with strong Kubernetes and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) expertise to build and manage a Kubernetes cluster from the ground up for hosting ServiceNow’s GenAI application. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who is passionate about automation, cloud infrastructure, container orchestration, and Artificial Intelligence.
Design, deploy, and manage a Kubernetes cluster from scratch to support ServiceNow’s GenAI application.Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi.Automate deployments and infrastructure management using CI / CD pipelines.Monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot Kubernetes environments to ensure high availability and performance.Work closely with ServiceNow teams to support the integration and deployment of GenAI applications.Ensure security best practices are followed for containerized applications and Kubernetes clusters.Collaborate with DevOps teams to define strategies for scalability, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in Kubernetes, IaC, and ServiceNow to continuously improve infrastructure.QUALIFICATIONS
3 years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering with a focus on Kubernetes.Strong experience with Kubernetes administration, deployment, and troubleshooting.Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized workloads (Docker).Understanding of CI / CD pipelines and automation workflows.Basic knowledge of networking, security, and monitoring for Kubernetes environments.Willingness to learn and work with ServiceNow GenAINICE TO HAVE
Experience with ServiceNow infrastructure or integrations.Familiarity with GenAI applications and their deployment in cloud environments.Knowledge of Helm, Istio, or other Kubernetes ecosystem tools.Scripting experience with Python, Bash, or Go.Experience implementing Kubernetes security best practices (RBAC, network policies, etc.).Kubernetes CertifiedBENEFITS
