Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Help Desk Technician, to join our team in San Antonio, TX

CLEARANCE

  • TS / SCI w / Full Scope Polygraph (existing clearance required to start)

LOCATION

  • San Antonio, TX

    • SCHEDULE

  • 2pm-10pm Mon-Tues; and 2pm-6pm Wednesday

    • OVERVIEW

  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and / or systems hardware and software
  • May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
  • Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
  • Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
  • Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5 years of IT-related work experience

    • OR bachelor's degree (no experience required)

  • Customer service experience
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow Ticketing System
  • IAT Level 1 certification required within six months of start date
