SeamonWhiteside is looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our growing Information Technology team as an IT Support Specialist in our Mount Pleasant, SC office.
As an IT Support Specialist at Seamon Whiteside, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. You will work closely with the IT Director and our managed service provider (MSP) to implement and maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and support our team members in their technology needs.

Requirements
Education:
- Associate’s degree in information technology or related field preferred.
- Candidates will have 1 – 3 years of experience in IT support, thought a strong willingness to learn and grow in the role is equally valued.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of network administration and protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to occasionally travel between office locations as needs arise.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds safely and without assistance.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Security .
- Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.
