Key Responsibilities for an Automotive Service Manager :

• Greet customers with a friendly smile and assess their vehicle service needs
• Provide accurate estimates and explain recommended services
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintain clear and open communication with customers throughout the service process
• Manage customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications for an Automotive Service Manager:

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or Manager or in a similar customer-facing role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
• A customer-focused attitude and a commitment to excellence
