Our boutique financial services firm is growing steadily and we’re looking for a Client Relationship Associate to grow with us. This role provides important client service, operational, and administrative support as a member of the Operations Team. Acting as the main point of contact for client onboarding, client billing, and general support, the Client Relationship Associate is an integral part of the white-glove service we offer.

Seaport Financial Partners is a small tax accounting firm serving high-net-worth clients. We are a dedicated team of young professionals that have built a strong client base over our 10 years of operation. We provide tax preparation and tax planning services to a diverse group of clients nationally and internationally located. We are a hybrid team with employees working in our Boston-based office and in four other states around the country. Responsibilities & Activities:
- Supporting the Tax Team and Partners to maintain long-standing and new client relationships
- Providing excellent, personalized client service during the onboarding process while collecting all necessary signatures, documents, and information
- Main point of contact for non-tax specific client support
- Answering client calls and taking messages as needed
- Maintaining the client database to ensure information is up-to-date and formatted correctly
- Assisting the Operations Team in the billing process with client notifications and billing group data management
- Communicating effectively and collaborating with members of the Operations Team
- Writing client email templates
- Assisting with other Operations Team projects which may include client deliverables, preparing the newsletter, and planning team events
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2 years of work experience in client relationships, client services, or the service industry
- Preferred experience with high-net-worth individuals, stakeholders, board members, donors, executive leadership, fine dining, etc.
- Desire to provide a high level of service and continually find ways to improve the quality of service
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral (including over the phone)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including excel
- Excellent organizational skills and practices
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading
- Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects within a team
- Understanding and appreciation of humor is a plus

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
