Overnight Garage Maintenance Parking Attendant

Scope of position
Your role as Garage Maintenance Person will allow our guests to arrive each day into a clean and litter free facility. Our goal is to be the cleanest and best maintained garage in the city of Boston.
Schedule Requirements
Schedule will vary; weekends and overnight shifts will be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to all customers.
Operating sweepers and scrubbers and maintain in excellent working condition.
All garage cleaning and trash pickup including cleaning windows, floors, signs, bathrooms etc.
May perform vehicle inventory on occasion.
Will perform valet duties when needed
Perform duties as Parking Attendant, as business warrants.
Light painting.
Must become familiar with maintenance equipment, operations, and procedures.
Cleaning, washing out, and general maintenance of garage wall joints as recommended by engineering consultant. In tandem with garage attendant.
Troubleshoot all Parking Gates, as needed.
Follow Maintenance Operations document Provide feedback to improve document/maintenance operations.
Required Job Knowledge and Skills
Mechanical aptitude
Ability to work in temperature extremes.
Qualifications
High School Diploma preferred
Valid driver’s license
