Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative, specializing in coil and steel products. You'll be responsible for selling to business and industrial establishments or individuals over the telephone, with occasional travel to build client relationships.
Salary: $34.00-$38/HR

Key Responsibilities:
- Sell coil and steel products, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Focus on flat-rolled sales and products.
- Quote and sell laser cut and formed parts.
- Maintain a solid understanding of product offerings, inventory, and industry trends.
- Cultivate and qualify leads generated by the Outside Sales Representative.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Grow sales through tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented sales environment.

Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of steel sales experience, focusing on flat-rolled products.
- Proven experience in quoting and selling laser cut and formed parts.
- Strong knowledge of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a collaborative team environment.
- Commitment to understanding and meeting client needs.
- 100% in-office role, with some light travel alongside the Outside Sales Representative.
