We're ready to hire a full-time veterinary receptionist to add to our team. We are looking specifically for someone who is comfortable and educated with client communications and top-notch customer service skills. Our receptionists are invaluable in our daily operations, providing support by:
- Greeting clients and patients, checking them in and out of appointments
- Answer phones
- Directing communications and messages among staff members
- Updating and managing patient files
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and tidy facility
Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist preferred but not required.
We treat cats, dogs, exotics and triage local wildlife, and practice with gold-standard care medicine. We hold weekly team huddles and monthly staff meetings to keep communication flowing and work on solutions for any issues that arise.
