Searce is looking for a a leader in the D&A domain who can lead and inspire an organization of data driven solution architects and data engineers with a passion to drive change and empower businesses to get future-ready
They come with technical breadth to understand the entire spectrum of infra, data and application solutions and yet don't hesitate to jump deeper and troubleshoot an error on the console. Having strong interpersonal skills, he/she, will work directly with some of our largest and fastest growing customers to enable innovation through continuous deployment of cloud native technology stacks and advanced cloud solutions.
What you'll do as a leader in D&A with us?
- Define and lead the mission, vision and strategy for Data & Analytics Practice; work closely with the CEO’s, CTO’s, CIO’s of Searce’s client base and be their strategic advisor for all things pertaining to the D&A practice
- Enhance effective partnership with Sales and Engineering Leaders. Provide architectural leadership to development teams and provide technical guidance and leadership to all internal and external teams involved in the implementation process
- Define, design and create an overall blueprint of Searce’s Data & Analytics Practices services and become trusted OEM partners to align with Searce’s overall business goals.
- Provides technical oversight and recommendations on data infrastructure (on-premise and Cloud) and BI tool configuration to project teams.
- Build and nurture the team of Solutions Architects who will be responsible for presales, solutioning. Focus towards building high performance scalable architecture presentations and generate SOW for customer Data Engineering and Analytics Projects in order to enable effective client and OEM partnerships
- Incorporate the practice solutions, artifacts and create focussed pitch decks especially for the Data & Analytics segment.
- Keep up to date with about the future of various industries, and how the platform’s product roadmap can be applied to continue solving for better and driving intelligent outcomes
What are the must-haves to join us?
Is Education overrated? Yes. We believe so. But there is no way to locate you otherwise. So we might look for at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and preferably an MBA along with
- A result-oriented individual, driven with passion and the ability to explore solutions and solve complex customer problems, ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
- 10 years of professional experience leading Data Engineering and Practice teams
- Experience leading platform engineering teams across multiple locations.
- Experience with distributed systems and policy compliance
- Experience in data infrastructure and application modernization solutions from Google Cloud
- Experience driving collaborative cross-functional initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Ability to work in complex multi-organization software programs.
- Ability to inspire and motivate the engineering team to work together as a cohesive team in an inclusive environment and recruit/develop technical team members, while taking a collaborative team-oriented management approach.
- Ability to take initiative to drive/deliver on goals and solve problems in an ambiguous environment.
- Passion for delivering high quality data driven solutions for clients which leads to ‘delivery led sales’
