RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive Larger Portions of Revenue for the Business
• Lead a team of 6 Account Executives
• Coach, Mentor, and Motivate a High Producing Sales Team and Generate Revenue Opportunities for the Organization
• Assist in Recruiting, Hiring, and Training to Grow & Maintain a Sales Team
• Formulate and Executive on Monthly & Quarterly Sales Plans
• Assist Sales team with Client Meetings, Presentations, and Negotiations
• Inspire, Lead, and Coach a Dynamic & Face-Paced Sales Team

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• B2B Software Full Sales Cycle Experience
• Must Currently be in a Sales Director or Sales Manager Position
• Managing a Full-Sales Cycle Software Team of at Least 4 Sellers
• Consistent Track Record of Teams Exceeding Revenue Goals
• Passionate about the Data Analytics Space
• Reside in the US *Either Central or Eastern Time Zone
