Base Salary : $120,000 - $160,000 (based on experience)

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Drive Sales Growth : Develop and implement impactful territory sales strategies to drive substantial revenue growth
Relationship Building : Cultivate lasting relationships with existing customers while strategically expanding your client base
Communicate Value : Persuasively convey the unique value proposition to unlock new referral sources and build long-term, loyal partnerships with key stakeholders
Market Insight : Monitor and analyze market trends to identify and capitalize on expansion and improvement opportunities
Account Management : Proactively engage with hospital accounts, nurturing clinical champions and developing additional referral sources
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products / services
Customer Experience : Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining ongoing client communications
Performance Reporting : Regularly prepare detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback for leadership review
Cold Calling Expertise : Utilize your strong cold-calling skills to establish connections with potential customers in hospital, clinic, and physician office settings
Consultative Selling : Conduct high-impact discovery sessions with clinical and executive targets, tailoring service offerings to meet their specific needs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :
Minimum 3 years of medical device sales experience, with a focus on Neurology
Proven success in diagnostic testing, laboratory services, medical devices, or outpatient healthcare sales
Recognition as a top performer, including President's Club or high sales rankings at current / former employers
Ability to effectively manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in CRM software and tech tools to track and optimize sales activities
Hunter Mentality : A proactive, results-oriented approach with the ability to drive change across multiple stakeholders
Location : Must reside in the San Antonio Texas Area
Demonstrated ability to develop a strong sales pipeline through a mix of cold calling and market intelligence
