PRINCIPAL - ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

PRINCIPAL AMVET BOULEVARD SCHOOL The North Attleborough Public Schools is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and student-centered educator to serve as the Principal of the Amvet Boulevard Elementary School. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-achieving learning environment. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of school operations, including curriculum implementation, staff development, student achievement, and community engagement. Preferred Qualifications: •A master’s degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field. •Possesses or is eligible for Massachusetts School Principal certification. •A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational setting, preferably at the elementary school level. Experience as an assistant principal or principal is highly desirable. •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, parents, and the wider community. Experience in fostering a collaborative school culture that promotes teamwork, inclusivity, and shared decision-making is preferred. •Proven ability to lead and support a team of teachers in implementing high-quality instructional practices that promote student engagement, achievement, and growth. Experience with data-driven decision-making and the ability to use assessment data to inform instructional strategies is highly valued. •Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise, mentor, and evaluate teachers and support staff. Experience in conducting formal and informal observations, providing constructive feedback, and supporting professional growth and development is highly desirable. •Experience in managing school operations, budgeting, and resource allocation. Familiarity with state and district policies, procedures, and regulations related to school administration, including student discipline, special education, and teacher evaluation, is preferred. Salary commensurate with experience.
